A key goal within HP Advanced Solutions Inc., is a performance focused workplace to further our vision of excellence and support employee development.

The intent of training and development within HP Advanced Solutions is to provide ongoing employee workforce development by providing access, support and encouragement for individual learning and development to:

  • enable employees to gain or enhance necessary competencies and skills directly related to the performance of their work, and,
  • assist employees to achieve their career and personal goals.

Our Skills for Success Program facilitates individual development and provides a mechanism to help employees work in conjunction with their leader to achieve goals.

Global Learning & Development

In addition, employees have access to the HP Canada Global Learning and Development site, a web based training administration and delivery system that facilitates course registration, provides course information, maintains a transcript of individual employee training, and offers web based training opportunities.

There are hundreds of learning resources available including courses on customer service and communication, finance, a full suite of Microsoft office products, and many more.
