Recruitment at HP Advanced Solutions Inc., is typically a four-stage process focused on identifying, assessing, interviewing and hiring the very best person for each job.
1. APPLICATION

2. EVALUATION
Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed against the requirements of the position.
3. ASSESSMENT
The assessment process may include written exercises and interviews with the hiring manager, Human Resource Services, and/or other panel members as appropriate. The primary purpose is to assess your competencies and fit with the needs of HP Advanced Solutions and also serves as a way for you to gain a better understanding of the job and our organization.
4. SELECTION
