Advanced Solutions Wins United Way '09 Triple Crown Award
Award. Thank you to Advanced Solutions Employees! Your generous contributions have made a huge difference in the community once again. You can feel proud for being part of a $91,000 donation and a Triple Crown Award! Special congratulations to Simone Rowlinson for winning the Employee Campaign Chair this year and what a campaign it was! It was an outstanding employee committee and congratulations goes to all committee members and Tim Bendall for his nomination as Canvasser of the Year, and most importantly, to all the employees who contributed so generously!
Advanced Solutions' 2009 United Way Workplace Campaign was a finalist in 4 Spirit Award categories:
- Leadership Campaign Spirit Award - Over 75 employees
- Triple Crown Award
- Employee Campaign Chair of the Year >150 (New 2009) – Simone Rowlinson (out of 13 nominated)
- Canvasser / Canvasser Coordinator of the Year (new 2009) - Tim Bendall (out of 14 nominated)
Proudly, Advanced Solutions placed 7th out of all Campaigns (500+ campaigns) for money raised (last year they entered this elite group in the #10 spot). In addition, Advanced Solutions took home two awards.
- Triple Crown Award for 2009 Campaign. This award is presented to a group because their United Way campaign excels in all categories.
Advanced Solutions, An HP Company, raised over $91,000 this year, an increase of $25,000 over last year. This success came through excellent staff participation particularly in competitions and other fun activities. - Employee Campaign Chair (ECC), Simone Rowlinson, was the proud recipient of the ECC of the Year Award for workplaces over 150 people. This is the first year this award has been handed out. Congratulations Simone!
A special congratulations to Tim Bendall for his nomination for Canvasser / Canvasser Coordinator of the Year.
